Strategic Plan: Health Equity in Action
PQCHC is excited to officially launch our new strategic plan Health Equity in Action. This plan was created in collaboration with, and based on feedback from, our staff, partners, clients and community members. The four directions will help anchor the organization and guide both how we prioritize and approach our work. Together, we will:
Keep people, families, and communities at the core of what we do
Promote seamless and coordinated access to services
Embrace opportunities to adapt and improve, and
Foster a culture of well-being and engagement for employees, students and volunteers
