South Nepean Community Health Centre
The South Nepean Community Health Centre (SNCHC) is a satellite of Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre. We offer primary care and health promotion services to more than 200,000 people living in the Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode areas. We focus on the social determinants of health. The Community Health Centre model of service focuses on priority populations who face barriers accessing services. This can include individuals and families living on low incomes, new Canadians, youths, seniors and rural residents.
Your Healthcare Team
South Nepean Community Health Centre (SNCHC) provides services to residents in their own neighbourhoods. Clients have access to a wide range of primary care and health promotion programs that can help you and your family. For contact information or our hours of operation, please see below.
After hours advice is available to our clinic clients. To access this care, please contact the on-call service at 613-239-4390. As this number is not an emergency service you must call 9-1-1 or go to the closest emergency room if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
This service is for medical issues that cannot wait until regular working hours. The message centre will ask questions to determine the nature and urgency of your call and record your contact information. This information will then be provided to the on-call physician, who will call you back.
The after hours service does not refill medications or narcotics.
