Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centres provide services to residents in their own neighbourhoods. Clients have access to a wide range of primary care and health promotion programs that can help you and your family.

We are a team of health professionals working together to help you. Our team includes doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners and more. Clients of our medical clinic have one main health care provider, but at times an appointment may be booked with any one of the team, if your health care provider is not available.

Appointments
Clinic clients can call 613-820-2001 to make an appointment.
Appointments are conducted in-person, by phone, or virtually. All appointments will take place during the following regular hours of service:
Clinic Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8:30 am to 8:00 pm

Thursday, 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm

Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Please Note: The clinic is closed from 12 - 1 pm daily. Phone lines are also closed from 12 - 1 p.m. daily and for the first and last 15 minutes of each day.

After Hours
Care
Clinic clients can call 613-239-4390 to access the After-Hours Service during the following hours:
Monday to Friday 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Please Note:
The After-Hours Service is for medical issues that cannot wait until regular working hours.
This is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the closest emergency room.
The After-Hours Service does not refill medications or narcotics.
