Getting Ready for Kindergarten

Everything you need to know to prepare yourself and your child for kindergarten. We will go over what to expect in the first few months, how to dress your child for school, what to send for lunch, self help skills, and how to help support them through this transition. There will be fun and educational activities for the children each session to help set them up for success in the upcoming school year as well as information about kindergarten programs. Guest speakers will be present for each session for parents while the children stay with us.

For children starting kindergarten in September 2020. Location: Bayshore drop-in site, 210 Woodridge Crescent, Ring 101 for access, workshop will be in the basement room.
