Important
The clinics are closed from 12 - 1 pm daily. Phone lines are also closed from 12 – 1pm daily and for the first and last 15 minutes of each day.
 
If you need to cancel an appointment, please remember to call us to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.  
 
If appointments are missed without prior notice, it may affect our ability to continue providing care. We kindly ask that you notify the clinic in advance if you're unable to attend.  

Our clinics are committed to providing a scent-free space for our staff. Please be respectful of this policy.

After Hours Service

If you are a client a Pinecrest-Queensway or South Nepean Community Health Centre, we offer an After Hours Service.

Clients can call 613-239-4390 to access the After Hours Service during the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 4:30pm to 8:00pm

Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Please Note:

The After Hours Service is for medical issues that cannot wait until regular working hours. 

This is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

The After Hours Service does not refill medications or narcotics.
