Our Medical Clinic

Our medical clinic provides primary care.

Primary care is delivered by family doctors and nurse
practitioners. Registered nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals work as a team with your family doctor or nurse practitioner to help you stay healthy and get the care you need throughout your life. It is often the first place people go when they need health care.

Primary care:

Supports you at every age and stage of life.

Connects you to specialists and other services when
needed.

Helps you stay healthy and feel your best.

Helps prevent, find, and treat illnesses and health concerns.

Don’t have a family doctor or nurse practitioner?

We will help connect you with a family doctor or nurse practitioner who best meets your needs at our clinic or one of our partner clinics.

You can connect with us in one of three ways.

Complete this online intake form and a member of our team will contact you.

Call us at 343-227-8229 and a member of our team will be in touch.

Visit us at one of our sites, if you require assistance in completing the intake form.

Family doctors and nurse practitioners are central members of the primary care team that provides you care to support your health and well-being.

Our Model of Care

At a community health centre, we care for the whole person. We know that health is affected by more than visits to a medical clinic. Things like safe housing, healthy food, income, education, social support and access to services can all affect a person’s health.

Our team works together to provide care, support and connections to community resources that help people live healthier lives.

Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre has two locations and a network of partnering clinics.
