Be Heard

Be listened to and ask questions.

Be an active participant in making decisions about the services you receive.

Provide feedback, positive or negative, about your experiences receiving services.
Be Informed

Receive clear information to help you make decisions in the planning and delivery of your services.

Receive information about services at the Centre and in the community.

Provide accurate and complete information so that staff can provide you with the best possible care and services.

Follow the care plan developed in consultation with you to the best of your ability.

Be respectful of other clients, volunteers, staff, and Centre property.

Contact the Centre when you are unable to keep an appointment.
Creating a Safe and Respectful Space
Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre.

Threatening, disruptive, or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes verbal, written, or physical harassment, threats, or actions that make others feel unsafe. Racism, oppressive language, and discriminatory remarks or actions toward staff, volunteers, students, or other clients are never acceptable.

These behaviours go against our values of equity, inclusion, and community well-being and may lead to consequences, including loss of service
