Together We Can Youth Mentorship Program

Together We Can (TWC) is a Black Youth Mentorship Program for youth ages 12-18.

TWC program goals include:

• Increasing a sense of belonging for Black youth living in low-income or social housing 

• Helping to build a strong cultural identify for Black youth by matching them with Black mentors

• Increasing and encouraging civic engagement through the development of advocacy skills
