The Brotherhood Program

Key Goals

  • Empower personal growth by equipping young men with practical life skills, academic support, and leadership training

  • Build strong relationships by matching participants with experienced mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world connections

  • Promote well-being and identity through mental health awareness, positive self-image, and a safe sense of belonging

  • Center youth voice by involving participants in decision-making and program design

  • Strengthen communities by inspiring civic engagement and encouraging youth to give back and lead


What We Offer

  • Workshops & Training - Hands-on sessions on goal setting, communication, financial literacy, conflict resolution, post-secondary planning, and more

  • Mentorship - One-on-one pairing with professionals, community leaders, and role models from a wide range of fields

  • Field Trips - Educational and recreational outings to colleges, job sites, museums, and cultural events, designed to inspire and expose youth to new opportunities

  • Recreation & Social Activities - Sports, team challenges, and cultural activities that build trust, confidence, and connection

  • Shared Meals - Nutritious meals provided at all major events to promote community and accessibility

  • Safe & Inclusive Spaces - A welcoming environment where youth can speak openly, grow, and support each other


Who Can Join

  • Young men ages 13 to 18

  • Youth interested in building leadership skills, exploring new opportunities, or seeking guidance and support

  • Open to all backgrounds: no cost to participate
