Lung Health Program

The Lung Health Program supports patients living in the Ottawa area who have asthma or chronic obtrusive pulmonary disease (COPD). 

A referral by a primary care provider is required for this program. 

Patients referred to the program are asked to bring any respiratory medications and devices with them to their appointments.
