Counseling Services can be accessed through our partners at the Nepean, Rideau and Osgoode Community Resource Centre (NROCRC), Ottawa Community Immigrant Service Organization (OCISO) and Jewish Family Services.
Pinecrest-Queensway has partnered with Ottawa Community Immigrant Service Organization and Jewish Family Services for counselling available in the west end of Ottawa. Counselling for new Canadians is also available. Appointments can be made by calling 613-820-4922 or via Jewish Family Services by calling 613-722-2225.
Counselling is available at the Strandherd road location in Barrhaven on Monday mornings by NROCRC.

Walk-in counselling is a no-fee service available at eight locations across Ottawa.
Counselling Connect provides free access to a same-day or next-day phone or video counselling session. This service is for children, youth, adults and families in Ottawa and the surrounding area. There is no waiting list. https://www.counsellingconnect.org/
