The Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub in West Ottawa is a new model of care offering low-barrier access to treatment, support, and stability to people experiencing substance use challenges.
The Hub is collaboratively led by seven community partners and supported by more than 20 organizations across the region.
