Supporting Neighborhood Caregivers (SNC) is a training program for parents and caregivers who are unable to access other parent education courses offered in the community. It is a certificate course and is great for English as a second language families.

About the event
Supporting Neighborhood Caregivers (SNC) is a training program for parents and caregivers who are unable to access other parent education courses offered in the community. It is a certificate course and is great for English as a second language families. SNC is designed to respond to meet the needs of these individuals.
Topics are: home childcare business and community resources, job stress, children stress and self-esteem, planning your day for play, home safety and health, guiding children’s behavior, child development and importance of play. Snacks and childcare are available.
Wednesdays October 2 to November 20 9:30am – 11:30am (8 sessions)
