Strategic Plan 2023-27

Health Equity in Action represents a roadmap for how we at PQCHC want to achieve our goals. It was created in collaboration with and based on feedback from staff, clients, and community partners. Together, we decided on four main priorities, each supported by multiple aspirational goals. These goals reaffirm our mission, vision, and values, while also pushing the organization to continue being ambitious, innovative and progressive.
