City of Ottawa Supports
The City of Ottawa provides financial assistance for essential health and social supports to residents who may be on a fixed income (example Canada Pension Plan); who earn a low income and have limited savings or who may be unable to receive financial help from anywhere else. City of Ottawa Home Management is a program to help residents who are low-income; receive Ontario Works or take part in the Ontario Disability Program (ODSP). To find out if you qualify, call 3-1-1.
