Fueling for Full Day Learning

You and your child, along with a Community Dietitian and Parent Support Worker, will make several nutritious snacks together plus one lunch.  Parents will learn how to plan healthy school lunches and snacks based on Canada’s Food Guide.  As well, they will learn the benefits of having the children help prepare their own lunches and snacks.

Make sure you know how to get off to a smooth start, learn important skills and have your questions answered by a Lactation Consultant.
