Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre is committed to providing you with quality services.  If you have a concern, an idea of how we could better serve you, or a compliment, please let us know.

  • You can talk to your provider
  • You can write down your concern, idea or compliment and place it in the client suggestion box located in the general reception area, OR
  • You can contact the Chief Executive Officer by leaving a telephone message or writing down your concern and dropping it off at the main reception.

If you need assistance in bringing forward issues, the help of a staff member or cultural interpreter is available through the reception desk.
