General Reception


For information on PQCHC programs and services, General Reception at PQCHC is open to serve you by phone:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • Thursday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

We are located at 1365 Richmond Rd.  You can park in the lot out front. Please be advised that Google Maps may be inaccurate and try to send you to the back of the building. Please note that you should enter at the front of the building, from Richmond Rd. Do not try to enter from Starflower Lane.

Driving Directions

Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre is located on Richmond Road. If you are taking Highway 417, exit at Pinecrest and go north to Richmond Road. Turn right onto Richmond Road. PQCHC is the three-story red brick building on the left just past Croydon Avenue and the Lincoln Heights car dealership.

Bus Directions

PQCHC is located roughly 500 meters from the Lincoln Fields transit station which is serviced by many major bus routes. Use the OC Transpo Route Planner to plan your trip to PQCHC, or call OC Transpo at 613-741-4390 for up-to-date route and schedule information.

If assistance is needed to bring an issue forward, a staff member or cultural interpreter is available to assist you through the reception desk.
